About Joe Hardgrove

A graduate of Texas A&M University, he is a former professional baseball player, an English teacher and a technical writer.

From 1974 - 83 Joe was president of World Financial Services. He was the Pension Marketing Consultant for the Southern Medical Association's retirement program from 1974-94. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a Chartered Life Underwriter. The Omega Financial Group is an outgrowth of the Hardgrove Companies he formed in 1964.

John Dickens Vice-President, Investments

A registered principal who has been in the securities business since 1996. John counsels individuals, businesses and institutions in investment planning. John is a former professional baseball player with the Kansas City Royals. He is a Fort Worth, Texas native who attended the University of Texas at Austin.

Tamera Bryant, Chief Operating Officer

A Registered Representative and brokerage supervisor, Tamera oversees the operations and back office for Omega Securities. She has been with the company since 1993.

Thomas Hardgrove, Vice President Marketing

A former Teacher and Coach at Paschal High School in Fort Worth, he played professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies. He attended Oklahoma State and TCU and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
